Vision:
To develop and maintain a membership comprised of paralegals and other legal support staff from every firm, practice, agency, and/or entity within the legal community in Bell and surrounding counties.

Purpose:
Founded as an organization for professional development, the Bell County Bar Association Paralegals (BCBAP) exists to serve the legal community by providing its members with opportunities for continuing education, public service, and networking.

Mission:
To function as an integral part of the legal community and provide a variety of continuing education opportunities with a commitment to professional development, high ethical standards, and promotion of the paralegal profession.
